Rich Amelio provides oversight and strategic support for complex projects in health IT. An experienced IT executive with 15+ years of experience, Rich developed his knowledge through various IT management roles at Albert Einstein Healthcare Network and Universal Health Services. Rich specializes in IT program management and is an expert in EHR architecture, interfaces, integration, and implementation. Rich is a graduate of Villanova University and resides in New Jersey.

Sabrina Yousfi has more than 20 years of experience in coding, auditing, clinical documentation improvement, revenue cycle and management with organizations that include nationally ranked academic, trauma centers, as well as small community hospitals with numerous M&A activity. She is responsible for the management, oversight and strategic direction of e4health’s mid-revenue cycle division including all domestic and offshore labor pools. Her responsibilities include a concentration on growth, employee engagement and the establishment of best practices as a collaborative partner to her clients. Sabrina has won accolades including an award for community fostering her employee engagement passion and an award for answering the bell during the ICD-10 conversion. Sabrina has also been involved in training new coders and mentoring as a way to give back to the HIM community. Her undergraduate degree is in HIM from Temple University and her MBA with a healthcare concentration is from Holy Family University.

Todd leads the success of the HIM division at e4, bringing over 15 years of experience in the healthcare HIM and IT industry, and has been with e4health since its beginning. Complementing leadership with hands-on experience, Todd has led over 150 successful HIM engagements, with the majority of his focus on EMPI innovation. An active speaker and published contributor to the EMPI world, Todd has also served in multiple EMPI conversion program manager roles for our clients. Todd has also served in Interim HIM director roles, and is the creator of e4’s proprietary performance management software, e4sight. Todd holds an MBA from La Salle University and a Bachelors of Science in Health Information Management from Temple University.

Staci is an experienced Registered Nurse with a bachelor’s degree of science in nursing and CCDS. Staci has an extensive background in healthcare for the past 25 years. She started her career as a bedside nurse in critical care and took care of patients in the pre and post cath lab areas. Staci started her Clinical Documentation Integrity career in 2008 in Des Moines, IA. She was later promoted to CDI Director and later to Regional and National Director of the Health System. Responsibilities included overseeing over 35 CDI programs and 100 CDI Professionals across the United States. In 2015, Staci joined a healthcare staffing and consulting company. During this time, started as manager and promoted to Senior Manager, and then Director. Her responsibilities included overseeing CDI professionals as well as development and implementation of CDI Projects including CDI Assessments and CDI Audits.
Staci is passionate about helping others and enjoys assisting in CDI programs improvements with adequate staffing, ongoing quality reviews, education, and CDI assessments. Staci is a past presenter at state and national for both ACDIS and AHIMA.
