e4health Team Member Spotlight: Tasha Foy

Biweekly, we shine a spotlight on a member of the e4health Team who is truly making an impact.

Today, we’re putting Tasha Foy in the Team Spotlight!

Let’s Hear From Tasha …

What’s your secret sauce? How do you make it look so easy?

I think my secret sauce is just being flexible and thinking outside the box to work smarter, not harder!  Sometimes it’s hard to get outside your routine, but it almost always works to look at tasks from a different angle and find a new or better solution!

What are you passionate about? In or out of work.

Community!  Working remotely from the past 15 years, I found the importance of being engaged in my local community to stay connected. I volunteer with several organizations and sit on the Boards of our local youth soccer league and the Birthplace of Country Music, which is the parent of our Smithsonian-affiliate Birthplace of Country Music museum and hosts a 3-day music festival, Rhythm & Roots, each September.

What do you read/follow for professional inspiration?

I love to read any books or articles that focus on mindset – having a growth mindset is my #1 goal in all things both professionally and personally.
