Everyone’s CDI journey is unique…
Like many people in the CDI industry, I never would have anticipated that my nursing career would have led me on this incredible journey. I transitioned into CDI with absolutely no prior knowledge and was nervous that I was making a terrible decision by leaving the bedside. I quickly became intrigued with the world of CDI and knew that it was the right decision for me. I am so grateful for all the experiences, relationships, and knowledge that CDI consulting has afforded me.
Here at e4health, we have a core value to “Respectfully Listen, Challenge, and Support Each Other”. I have experienced first-hand how this value has benefited not only myself, but our entire team. Personal and professional growth is a direct result of respectfully listening, challenging, and being challenged. One of the many reasons I enjoy being part of e4health is the collaboration and the support we have for each other across all our divisions. There is always someone who is willing to help or point you in the right direction. It is an amazing feeling knowing that we work in a supportive and collaborative environment.
