Hello colleague,

☀️ I hope you're enjoying sunshine, making great memories, and remembering the sunscreen!

This coming December will mark 30 years since I graduated from nursing school. As I prepare to reconnect with my college friends this month, I can't help but reflect on what an incredible journey it has been.

Nursing has given me a career filled with purpose, continuous growth, and lifelong friendships. The first 15 years were spent at the bedside, and the last 15 in Clinical Documentation Integrity. While my roles have changed, one thing has remained constant: our greatest impact comes from serving others.

That spirit of service is what makes me excited for this next chapter. In May, I accepted the role of Chief Operating Officer of the Middle Revenue Cycle Division. I'm honored to have the opportunity to apply the lessons I've learned over the past three decades to support our teams, remove barriers, and help others succeed.

As I step into this new role, I'm equally excited to pass the CDI leadership baton to my colleague and friend of more than 10 years, Alyson, our Vice President of CDI. Alyson is an exceptional leader with deep expertise, unwavering integrity, and a genuine passion for our clients, our team, and the CDI profession. I have complete confidence that our CDI team and the programs we support across the country will continue to thrive under her leadership.

I look forward to cheering on our CDI team in this new capacity while continuing to support the important work we do together across e4health.
