Meniscus Replacement

New ICD-10-PCS code for Medial and/or Lateral Meniscus Replacement. This is for younger, active patients (usually under 55) who have had their meniscus removed, aimed at reducing pain and preventing arthritis. It involves using a cadaver donor graft (allograft) to replace the missing tissue.
