e4health Welcomes Nick Raup as Senior Vice President of AI and Automation Solutions

e4health, a leading national provider of health IT, health information management, and mid-revenue cycle solutions, proudly announces the appointment of Nick Raup as Senior Vice President of AI and Automation Solutions. In this pivotal role, Nick will spearhead the expansion of e4health’s AI and Automation solutions portfolio, leveraging his extensive experience to drive innovation and excellence. 

“Nick’s impressive background in healthcare technology and his strategic vision for AI and automation have consistently driven enhancements in operational efficiencies across the healthcare industry,” stated e4health CEO Matthew Zubiller. “As health systems continue to face economic challenges, Nick’s expertise will be invaluable as we explore the transformative potential of AI and automation in the mid-revenue cycle to better support our customers in unlocking the value of these technologies.” 

As Senior Vice President of AI and Automation Solutions, Nick will report directly to the CEO and be responsible for the advancement and delivery of cutting-edge technology solutions. His focus will be on leveraging both in-house and strategic partners’ technology to address the pressing need for efficiency in healthcare operations and revenue cycle management.

With over two decades of experience in healthcare technology, Nick has been at the forefront of delivering innovative software and service solutions that significantly reduce administrative costs for providers and health plans alike. His collaborative efforts with health systems of all sizes have introduced automation into the revenue cycle, enhancing labor efficiency. His leadership roles at Optum, Change Healthcare, and McKesson highlight a career dedicated to excellence and innovation in healthcare technology. 

Nick holds a Bachelor’s degree in Finance from Rutgers University and a Master’s degree in Computer Science from Villanova University. He is a certified SAFe 5 Agilist and holds Pragmatic Marketing certification, underscoring his commitment to agile methodologies and market-driven product management.
