That's a wrap for ACDIS 2026!

What a great few days connecting with CDI leaders from across the country at ACDIS 2026! From meaningful conversations at our booth to new ideas sparked during sessions, this year’s conference reinforced just how quickly the CDI landscape continues to evolve.

We loved meeting so many of you—whether you stopped by to chat, snap a photo in our AI booth 📸, or grab one of our succulent giveaways🌱. More importantly, we appreciated the chance to hear firsthand what’s top of mind for your teams, from staffing challenges and workflow efficiency to the growing focus on risk adjustment, quality outcomes, and compliance.

A few key themes stood out this year: CDI’s role is becoming more strategic than ever, organizations are looking for smarter ways to do more with limited resources, and while technology (especially AI) is advancing quickly, success still depends on the right balance of tools and experienced CDI professionals.

Missed anything—or want a deeper dive? Be sure to check out our full recap and explore additional resources to keep the momentum going. 💡

💡Healthcare is investing heavily in AI but there is one problem we cannot ignore: Data Quality.
In this piece, e4health's Nicholas Raup breaks down why even the most advanced AI solutions fail when the underlying data is flawed and how that risk is already showing up across healthcare 🚨
When bad data goes in, bias, errors, and mistrust scale fast instead of value. Key takeaway 👉 AI is not just a technology challenge it is a data foundation challenge
If we want AI to actually improve outcomes we need to:
✅ Fix historical data issues
✅ Establish clear accuracy baselines
✅ Keep humans in the loop
